I keep getting that error in the patcher
The download speed will go to 0
Then I will get the message "Update Failed"

Turn off your antivirus and firewall. For some reason the recent patch was detected as a virus so it won't let you patch. Do those two things then try to re-patch

I had the exact same thing.
It wasn't my firewall or any anti-virus, as I disabled them.

It's all patched now, so if I find out what it was I will let you know!

I am currently trying what the guy above you said. Tell me if you figure out how yours patched.
