Ok so this post is prob useless but after days of confusion why i kept getting error with tools i found out that i had bad plugins <-- yes lol that's possible
so what i did was got a new xbdm.xex and a new RPC.xex and also a XRPC.xex
after that i set my plugins and now i'm not getting any errors with the tools
so if you are getting a error i would recommend getting new plugins hope this helped ...sorry i'm not good at helping
