I am just looking for a pretty good build that I can play steam games like DayZ and Rust or play minecraft on high settings with a good bit of mods for AT THE MOST 500$ and if you could do it, under 400$.

I don't need an OS, keyboard, mouse, or monitor!
Trying to get specs like this:
RAM- 8gb
CPU- 3.5 Ghz
Graphics Card- 1-2 gb
Hard Drive- 1TB
