Why do you want a PC with this specification?

There is no quad core i7 clocked at 3.3GHz. The 580 is a 3 year old card, and is out-dated. 12GB RAM is stoopid. Why do you want a build with these specific components?

I was going off somebodies first gaming rig and because I was looking for a good gaming PC like so. If you are able to recommend a PC that has good specs for gaming and editing then it would be great.

Just because someone has an alright gaming rig, doesnt mean that you should use it.

For example, my rig is a bit random and il be quite confused if somone tried to build it.

A simplified list of things we need to know when you request a PC build. If you don't answer these questions, we will ask them or simply refer you to this post.

What is your budget and currency? (Pound sign does not work normally, use GBP abbreviation)
Do you need a monitor?
Do you need a keyboard?
Do you need a mouse?
Do you need an operating system?
What will you use the PC for?

I have listed above some little details, basically I have a small budget of around 750 GBP and I would like to be able to game on decent settings with hardly no lag. I would also need a monitor so this would have to be filtered in. I would also like to do a little recording and editing so I guess storage would need to be factored in.

Slightly over;

Add an SSD when you have some more money. You can add another 8GB RAM if you wish in the future to help with editing/rendering, although an i7 would be more beneficial.

Thanks for the help dude, is there anyway you could save that build and maybe send the link so I can start buying parts? Also would that be able to handle good games (not a great game) such as minecraft with say feed the beast mods in with hardly no lag?
