area 51 is no longer secret united states has announced that they do conduct experiments there etc.. however they never confimred wether there was extra terrestrials in area 51 or not

I think there are aliens and UFO's there.

I would say its because they don't want other countries stealing their technology.

It holds secrets that will change the world once unveiled.

Obviously they don't have aliens, just specialise in top secret weaponry, aircraft and all sorts of secretive stuff.

I agree with CJx, if they had aliens they wouldn't want everyone to know about it, otherwise they would switch locations to a new area, WITHOUT all the rumors. I do think they test and create weapons at Area 51 though.

It's a top secret government facility that is so well hidden and kept from the public most likely in my opinion because they are conducting secret tests and other things that if the public were to find out they'd be outraged.

Their happens to be quite alot of disappearence that steam from "photos" being leaked.
For instance, someone (I'm sorry I forgot the name) leaked photos of an aleged room filled with alien body. He and his family went missing.

Its kept secret so that other governments can't steal the technology
