Do you need a monitor? no

£300 is not getting you anything great.

Use the Pentium's iGPU until you can afford a decent dedicated GPU.

You could get this;

You'll need to add another 4GB RAM when you have the money. Plus, it's a non-modular PSU which can be a pain.

Or you could get this;

Still a non-modular PSU and you'll still want to add another 4GB RAM asap. This one has no dedicated GPU but a fairly stronger CPU. Like the first build I suggested, you'd need to use the i5's iGPU until you added a dedicated card.

Up to whether you'd prefer to get a GPU and upgrade CPU asap, or get a decent CPU and add a GPU asap.
