In 5 weeks of hosting GTA/Cod, I have had 0 reports of bans, it really isn't hard to change your mac address every 6-12 hours of being online, it's all the idiots flashing kv's from the root of their hdd, MS can sniff you a mile away then **** everything you're linked to with bans etc. Bit of common sense you know?

where do mac addresses come into play? no ones gunna change their mac address after getting into a lobby....and obviously u haven't been paying attention to the forums mad people have been suspended from getting into a money lobby

If the host changes the mac address of their KV, MS won't track the KV when they ban it, and ban people connected to it(By connected I mean that have been in partiesgames with profiles on the modded console), so if you keep changing the mac address of the kvconsole, NOONE WILL BE BANNED FROM YOUR PUBLIC LOBBIES. Simple as that, Tried and tested with 0 bans from my friends/customers.
