It clearly states on the GTA site that you can transfer cross platform. Please read more carefully for having a spaz attack.

It's impossible to bring your "GTA Profile" from Xbox 360 to Ps4. By new platform it means from Xbox 360 to Xbox 1, or PS3 to PS4.

They're also different servers. Unless rockstar has found a way to bring them together that's impossible. If that was the case when Xbox servers are down so are Sony. Sorry bud, you're out of luck on your profile

We are trying to figure it out but its different because I had to set up a new socialclub account and I had to add a different friends xbox account to my new account where as my friend already had the account for when he played on xbox.
