Whenever I try to upload a clip in upload studio it gives me this messsage.

"Please try again - Sorry, we weren't able to upload your clip just now. (0x80040206)"

I need to edit the video to put voice over it, when I do that I have to render it which goes fine, then it starts to upload it gets to about 60% there or there abouts and it gives me the above message.

If anybody has a solution to this it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Maybe something wrong with Xbox Live servers, or your internet connection.

My internet isn't the best no doubt about that but when I upload something to youtube from my computer or where ever nothing will go wrong usually. And it has been happening for about 3-4 days and other people have not had an issue when doing it.

It looks like this is still a big issue on the Xbox One. A lot of people are having the same issue and the Xbox Team still does not know how to fix this.

Although, Mister Quimby of the Xbox Support team suggested the following:
1. Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
2. Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
3. Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
4. Power on your console and try uploading a video.
5. If the issue continues, try Uninstalling and reinstalling the Upload Studio app.

Thank you for that, I will try it soon.
