Hey guys,
I've recently installed some more ram from2 Gigs, up to 8.
So, I'm fine on RAM for the time being.
But so far I've only had one persistant problem with this computer. After about an hour or two of playing WoW on low settings, my graphics card driver "Has stopped working and restored." I've done some research and updated my Windows & and it still persists.
I feel I just need to invest some more money into it and Grab a new graphics card.
>Feel Free to tell me any other upgrades you see.<
So, Here's my computers specs
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 750 @ 2.67GHz
Manufacturer Intel
Speed 2.7 GHz
Number of Cores 4
Video Card NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTX
Manufacturer NVIDIA
Chipset GeForce 8800 GTX
Dedicated Memory 768 MB
Total Memory 4.0 GB
Memory 8.2 GB
Operating System Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit
Service Pack 1
Size 64 Bit
Edition Professional
Display Maximum Resolution 1600 x 1200
DVD gBurner Virtual DVD-ROM0000
CD gBurner Virtual DVD-ROM0000
Drive 1
Size 498.3 GB
Free 455.8 GB
Drive 2
Size 200.2 GB
Free 7.4 GB
Drive 3
Size 100.0 MB
Free 69.3 MB
And a Cougar 550 Power supply.
Thanks for the help!

What is your budget and currency and what is the PC being used for?
Gaming? General use? Editing?
EDIT: As for the driver problem updating windows doesn't relate to your GPU driver you will have to go to the Nvidia website and download the drivers, or in the box where you got your computer should be a disk with drivers on it.
Nvida driver website - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Just locate the model of your GPU and download the drivers.

Thats what it needs to look like ^
Then select your current operating system which is windows 7 64 Bit

I was looking to spend around 100-150$ USD on a new graphics card, seeings the amazon black friday sales are up. As far as anything else, whatever's needed really. I don't need top of the line, but I do have standards haha.

If you decide to go ahead and get a New Graphics card, we will need to know your PSU(Make,Model,Wattage) and your Case make and model to check for compatibility.

Well the 8800 is a pretty big card. So I would say he should get the GPU I suggested and then look at a CPU Upgrade as his CPU is getting close to 6 Years old.

SEN wrote This will be fine, I will play most games on high/ultra settings on a sinle 1080p monitor. Also you can overclock it.

I saw this exact card before posting this but wasn't entirely sure if 150$ dipping in would be wise. There's also this, which do you think? Is the 50$ more, really worth it?
There's also the other editions of this, so if you don't care to check them all haha.
