im trying use sigma offline files i have plugin 1 as the sigma than plugin 2 as the xbdm than 3 as xrpc than 4 as JRPC2 and i have brand new kv with the cpu key inside the sigma folder and on dashlaunch i have everything disable except the pingpatch nd the nonestore

There is no need to be using Sigma files, XBLSE if free, and it is much more reliable than offline files. On top of that, it is much much easier to set up.
