im a returning player im done with the story line on the Xbox One and still can't purchase the hatchet from ammunation, anyone else have this problem?

hatchet is online and or someshit and railgun is unlocked with completing the new story mode missions

Hachet you should see it right under the hammer which is the CE everyone got!

Rail gun is unlocked by completing the mission after killing that guy in the purple gang after kidnapping him and go to the rang and you should see Rail gun
