Go to the gun range only way you'll get it man!
The gun isn't available yet like in the store market thing

I heard you need to beat the game to get it in single player

I tried the gun store fireing range casue I was gunna do a vid on it and I couldnt get it to work like I killed myself when the yellow timer was at like 1 second and when I spawned I didnt get it!

Yes to get the Railgun you need to beat the story. Problem is that only the story mode has it. So you cannot play with it in MP.
