You can use any 3.0 USB over 256GB.

Like they said it has to be over 256GB and 3.0 USB. But you are better off getting a 1TB external hard drive that will be cheaper then paying an arm & a leg for a actual 1TB flash drive.

Can someone explain why the Xbox One only has just over 300Gb left after all the updates! Really? 200Gb of just updates? Seems a bit odd.
Just saying...

I'm not sure to be honest but it's a hell of a lot better opposed to the PS4 since we can have as much external storage as we want the PS4 has a limit.

Been using Microsoft Products For A Lonnnng Time! & getting more storage on the PS4 in my opinion is much better you can buy any laptop HHD & basically replace the HHD in the PS4 with a after market one.
Is much cheaper & better quality!

The basic requirements for storing games and apps on an external drive are:
- Has capacity of 256 GB or more
- Uses USB 3.0.
Here are a few that would work just fine
