I love Lucid Dreaming. Pain in the when Sleep Paralysis gets in the way of it. When I first experienced Sleep Paralysis it was the worst experience of my life.

Yes. It is very real. But it has some strings attached. Sleep Paralysis; When your body falls asleep open your eyes and you will not be able to move. This is known to be a horrifying experience and not to be messed with. It can also make you hold your breath when your sleeping without you knowing. It has been said that certain tactics to lucid dreams come with demonic figures and features a lot of your fears. One way to check if your lucid dreaming is walk to a mirror. You will be looking into the mirror but there will be no reflection. Do this at your own risk but I would check out the risks involved before I try this. Ive had some bad ones where I was running away from a man. His face would change as I looked back into a demonic figure. Satin. I would be fired into this situation for endless nights without even trying to lucid dream causing me to take panic attacks and wake up severely disturbed and in a pool of sweat. Gradually they stopped when I returned to church but I wish I never tried it.

It is real.
Personally, I cannot achieve it without some form of extra help from substances.
If I'm totally with it, I cannot reach lucid dreaming. Which is sort of a bummer.

I have had one Lucid Dream and one case of Sleep Paralysis.
The Lucid Dream was crazy cause in it i felt the pain and when I woke up the spot where I had the pain in the dream hurted a lot in real life.
The Sleep Paralysis was crazy because I saw people and felt that they were carrying me/ making me float. The scary part was because I had my eyes open, but I could not move at all.
Scary shit!
