Yes, look up a Dual nand or "Demon" console. They have 2 nands, 1 that runs in an argh or jtag form and 1 nand that runs in the retail form all with the flip of a switch.

Edit: Sorry read the question wrong. Yes it is possible you just don't put any patches or anything on when your not modding. You would still need to use XBLSE even if you are not modding. If you are not modding the KV will still eventually get banned maybe in 2 or 3 weeks.

I'm aware of using a DUAL NAND, however due to money problems, I cannot afford a service, or the Demon dual nand and Glitch chip together, unfortunately.


So it is okay to use one nand and play games legitimately with no mods and lower the risk of bans?

You can, but it's still not worth it. You're going to get banned fairly quickly so you'll have to keep buying KVs and all for what? Playing normally and still getting banned? I would not advise you to do it. Keep it retail

What he said is true. If you said you couldn't afford a demon then keep it retail due to the fact after all the KV's you will end up buying, it would of been the same price eventually of buying a demon. You should keep it retail.

I just answered my own question.

Demon can read NANDS as well as program CoolRunner to mod the console, thanks for the help though. A demon is all I need to RGH my console.
