Processor: Intel Core i7 - 4790k @ 4,0GHz
Motherboard: Asus ROG Maximus VI Hero or similar
Graphics Card: GTX 780 6GB
Memory: 32 GB Ram @ 1600Mhz
PSU: 800 Watts
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate - 64bit

Is that a good gaming PC? I'm gonna build it.

What is the reasoning for 32 GB of RAM? 8 should be more than enough with that kind of build.

No. No need for an 800W PSU in a single card rig. No need for 32GB RAM for gaming. Even 16GB RAM will suffice for editing/rendering. No need to spend so much on a motherboard. GTX 970 is around the same price point as a GTX 780, if not, less. The 970 out-performs the 780, it's also a more efficient card and was released more recently.

What is your budget and currency? Do you require peripherals? Will you overclock if you have the option?
