As it was a hit and run then they probably weren't insured and the car was stolen.

There for you're entitled to nothing. Sorry man!

Unlucky bro, like the guy above said, they're most likely not insured so you unfortunately got done over by them and the insurance company.

If it is a legitimate garage they MUST have insurance to take other peoples cars in. I suggest asking about it.

Yeah a lot garages do have insurances but can also have loop holes to it. I know with a lot of performance shops a lot of them have hidden things in paperwork that you can't find before you sign and then they blow up your car on the dyno lol

That's just to cover their rear end if someone happens to a part that the customer personally installed. They really can't promise anything unless the motor is brand new and even then there's a chance of something blowing up.

If the car was on their property when it was hit then maybe a neighboring property might have caught something. Have you contacted police by any chance? if its a hit and run they should be contacted. I don't have much faith they will do anything buy maybe the shop owners may come clean if the long dick of the law is in front of them.

So the car was hit on their property however when i was having the clutch redone (Because i dont have a hoist or enough room because of my dads car) it was hit when my dad had signed the wavier for the car to get fixed it said "By signing this you agree we do not take responsibility for damages done to the car on our lot" luckily enough i got a deal on a brand new one for only 135$! I just needa get it re sprayed. Also the headlight has damage to it as well so i have to go out and buy new ones. Ill be posting pictures of the car when shes all fixed up! (also when we change the turbo and Intercooler) ill give an update later on!
