Apparently according to this guy called meresword, beta gets released at 8pm (UK)

I'm also waiting for this... for some weird reason I thought it was the 21st today but it turns out it's only the 20th, I'm presuming it's 8pm, 10pm, or midnight for us GMT players.[europe/england, etc...]
