I would like to know if anyone could give a link so that I could find benchmarks while recording with the gtx 970/980. Or does anyone know will I be able to play BF4/csgo at 60+ while recording.

Depending on your processor yes. As long as you don't have something silly like a Pentium or A4 then it'll be fine, put it this way, a GTX760 will game on 1080p and the 970 is miles ahead so it'll be able to handle the rendering of the video at the same time.

I have a FX-8305 at stock speeds, do you think that will do it?

Yeah that'll be fine. Both are powerful components so I wouldn't expect any trouble.
