It would cost more than £200 less i you built this yourself. The case, PSU and SSD aren't very good. Plus, it doesn't seem to have an aftermarket cooler so that 4690k is wasted.
If you're willing to build yourself, get this;

It's pocket change more expensive but has a decent AIO cooler for overclocking the 4690k, a really nice case, a larger capacity and better SSD, as well as a fully modular PSU for better cable management to improve aesthetics and airflow.
