well i have an iphone 4s which is dead , basically when i plug it in it will signal it is charging by the cable icon disappearing. although i have charged it for a very long time such as 4-5 hours but normally after 10 mins it will turn on but now it will not turn on so does anyone got any suggestions ? thanks for any responses !!

The only thing I can really think of is that the battery is fried.
Try taking it in took an Apple store where they can properly tell you what's going on/how you can fix it.

thanks dude!, the local apple store is pretty far away from me , do u think i should just buy a battery cause they arnt that expensive and put it in cause ive changed the screen before ?

You could got that route, but what if the battery isn't the case? That's why I recommend the Apple store, because they will at least be able to diagnose the problem.
From what I'm reading, I'm pretty sure it's the battery that's failing, but I could be wrong.
