I bought a car 3 weeks ago and havnt had the logbook through yet and my dad said i should contact the DVLA about sorning it, but wih the new laws that you cant buy a car with tax does it make it automatically sorned when you buy it?
also do i need a number off the logook or green slip to sorn it?
or know any good car sites to ask on as dvla website isnt clear and every other site i have loked at is the wrong subject about tax.
