hello my game keeps freezing on ps3 when i am in the middle of a game can someone help me with this please

this game is just insanely buggy, you can try to take it back and get a new game.
But I had the xbox 360 version and now I have the xbox one version. I have this Bloodshield Helmet that I got from a supply drop for 30minutes. Now every time since then i have the blood helmet taking one of my supply drop spots so I only can get 2 items instead of 3 from a supply drop.
So, my switch xbox 360 --> xbox one didn't do anything to squash the bug.
