120GB should do the job for the SSD. It only needs to store your OS and some commonly used programs, the 120 should do that job perfectly.

If you want to go up to 250GB, up your budget instead of downgrading other parts to budget for it.

Having a small ssd made room for a better case, motherboard and power supply and it would be a worthy price for them

The motherboard is Atx requiring a ATX case but you won't be able to get a better case for the price at the moment.
