Not going to happen for under 200 squids.

Best I could do is this

N200 - Good airflow. But only has 3 HDD bays.

2GB RAM - Only going to be running the OS

Pentium - Cool, quiet & cheap

Motherboard - Coz why not

HDD - Greens are quiet & cool. Though I would look at reds in the future.

I mean it depends what you want to use the "server" for, this is technically still a PC unless you installed Windows Server 2012 on it and set it up properly. Not an issue though, you'd just map this systems drives to your other computers.

If you want a fileserver for storing stuff like pictures, movies, backups then buy a cheap NAS and the drives you want then it'll automate most of the setup for you. With some too it'll mean you can access your files from consoles too.
