All games i play i get recommended to play in ultra, and i have no frame lag.

You won't get a pre-built with peripherals thats anywhere near as good as what I recommended for your budget.

If you still don't have the confidence after watching that video, go on YouTube and look at neweggs guides from last year or something on building a PC. 3 stages, picking your parts. Assembling your parts and finally installing the operating system. In all honesty the part that I found most tricky as a novice was wiring and cable management, and that's general knowledge really. Installing hardware correctly is very easy, especially with a guide.
