What is your budget and currency?
Budget is about $1500 CAD
Do you need a monitor?
I would prefer dual monitors
Do you need a keyboard?
Yes
Do you need a mouse?
Yes
Do you need an operating system?
Preferably Windows 7 as I prefer it to Windows 8
What will you use the PC for?
Recording gameplay, rendering gameplay, livestreaming and playing games mostly

Thank you good sir also just curious but would this build be better with two Crucial 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory?

I've edited the build provided a little bit, here I've maxed out your budget to $1500.16 and it's looking real good. Have a look for yourself, better CPU, bit better motherboard and 16GB of RAM rather than 8GB.

The only issue with the build I've provided is that you have no custom cooler, so that being said if you want to revert back to 8GB of RAM and get an AIO watercooler or something similar you can, therefore making you able to get a stable OC on your CPU.

Doesn't make a difference, the amount of RAM you have really.
