My computer is stuck in an infinite loop. With selecting safe mode, start normally, etc. it does the same thing, just reboot when a'f the loading screen. How do I fix this? And also I read about getting a disk for possible missing files, what disk do I buy? Error code 0x000000ED

What you're saying is that your PC doesn't boot up? Once turned on it keeps rebooting?

DO NOT USE WINDOWS XP IF THE COMPUTER IS BEING USED ON THE INTERNET.
Throw the thing away and get a new pc. Too expensive? It'll be expensive when you're sitting through court when someone steals your identity.

This sounds like an MBR issue MBR is the master boot records, windows uses this to boot up, you will need to re write the MBR, to do this you need a windows disc!! drop me a message id be happy to help.
