Tomorrow I have my first driving lesson and I only have driven a car once and it was in a parking lot and I ended up running into a light post which took off the bumper of my mom's car. So tomorrow I have a driving lesson and I think im going to be driving on the street so I need some tips and guides on driving.
1)I can't control the gas pedal
2)I can't control the brake pedal as well
3)Im really nervous on hitting another car
4)Please Answer only if you drive a car and/or you've never been on an accident unless like mine

(Im Only posting here because the Car Section is pretty dead)
But please TTG Help me

When you take a drivers test, it will always be Automatic unless you ask for Manual.

I'm from the UK, so it's often different. I own a Yamaha YZF R125, I'm selling it for an automatic car as riding a manual in traffic panics me.

I'm sure you'll be fine bro, just chill, put the radio on a little and go light on the throttle.

Depending on the car you use, I would use cruise control especially if you're gonna be on bigger roads. That's how I learned how to drive.

Aslong as you have a general knowledge of the road and how it works, You'll fly through it!

About 2 years ago I drove a car for the first time in drivers class thing and I was really worried because I had never driven before. Once you get in the car and actually start driving you realize how easy it really is.

dont use both feet on the pedals lol, just use your right.. trust me you would be surprised by how much people do that.. another thing is just always be paying attention to whats around you! also when you do take the drives TEST make sure you practice parallel parking because that can make you fail

Don't worry about it too much trust me I was pretty nervous on my first lesson, but it's the driver instructors job to help you through your lesson and hopefully the car that is provided by the driver school has a second set of brakes installed on the instructor's side to help you relax.
