To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer

Does this happen with any other tools? Do you have the .NET Framework 4.5? Is your console set as default console in Neighborhood?

Yes this does happen with other RTE tools... I don't have xbox neighborhood, is it needed?

Yes. You will need the Xbox 360 SDK (Neighborhood) to connect to your console to use Real Time Modding tools. xbdm.xex is to make Neighborhood recognise your console as an XDK to connect console to computer, while XRPC.xex is a plugin that connects RTE tools to your console through Neighborhood.
