E39 wrote Is this happening while plugged in or on battery or both?

both. It doesn't matter what it's plugged in or not

Okay after a quick search of the apple forums I found a few things to try.

Try this one
Check if the "Automatic Graphic Switching" (System preferences<Energy Saver<Automatic Graphic Switching) is ticked. If it's not ticked it means that the computer uses the highest graphic settings at all times and it causes repeated kernel panics.

Well I also have another problem too.. I tried factory resetting it. And it has mavericks os x
and i tried reinstalling the os. But it kept saying "item is temorarily unavailable". I can't reinstall the os. And i can't even use the laptop cause of this

Do you have any OSX discs?

no I don't :// is there anyway to do it without them?

Possession wrote It's probably the battery dying/dead, logic board dying, or it is overheating and shutting itself off to protect the hardware. I would recommend scheduling an appointment at the Genius Bar (which is in the Apple store) and having them do some diagnostic tests unless you have a boot disk like TechTool to do it yourself. Also, check the system messages in Console and see if you can find a pattern.

It doesn't even try to power on without the battery

Okay if the laptop doesn't turn on without the battery in and also plugged into the wall, it could be your logic board that is dying. Your best bet would be to make an appointment with your nearest Apple Store and have the Genius Bar take a look, because they will diagnose the problem for you and will also fix it.

Heres a link that shows how to fix common startup problems.

If none of them work try
1. Calling Apple
2. Take it into an Apple store like the other guy suggested.
