So let me get this straight. You tried to dump your NAND off your Trinity RGH and you got a bad dump? Correct?
And it wont go onto your computer?

Do you still have your old flashdmp.bin (the file you get after dumping your nand)? If so, get a USB, delete everything off of it and put the flashdmp.bin on there.
Now, rename the flashdmp.bin to updflash.bin and stick the USB in your console.
After doing all of this, boot into Xell. It should automatically re-flash your nand.
Once it's done, just reboot and you should be good to go.

From what I see, unless you have some sort of nand r/w kit seperate from the x360ace you're SOL. Doesn't look like that chip can r/w the nand unless it has some sort of slave board similar to squirt360.
Edit: Just looked it up and it doesn't connect to any of the nand points, you need something else to actually r/w to the nand.
