May I ask why you would want to update to dash 16747, while 17148 is the latest?

First of your going to want to download a xebuild 16767 or 17148 which is the newer version which i would rather prefer you do. Go on youtube.com type in how to update dashboard on rgh/jtag consoles it well show you how and everything you need . and i dont not xebuild i dont have anything to do with it. all credits to coders.
