*Make sure you have all plugins from the program set on the console.

*Make sure your console is connected to XB Neighborhood

*Make sure the Console is set as 'Default' on XB Neighborhood

*Make sure your Firewall/antivirus is not blocking or denying the connection from the program or console

*Make sure all plugins are upto date

    *Run the program as admin

Make sure you have both JRPC and JRPCv2 set on the console. Make sure nothing is conflicting the connection and try again.

How did you attempt to set it as a plugin? Did you use Dashlaunch? Did you modify the launch.ini file manually?
