I tore my hamstring Sophomore year in high school.
Screwed me out of playing college ball because all the scouts stopped looking at me.

My worst injury....
Hm, I it would probably have to be the time when I was at this derby of sorts (I was really young at the time.) in this arena
where cars raced about, and I was walking up the stairs after getting a beverage and someone set a bag down near one of the steps, I didn't
see it, and I ended up falling face first and my upper teeth sunk right into my tongue.
Wasn't too fun having a hole in my tongue for 2 weeks, but boy was it an experience that I do not wish upon anyone.

My worst injuries would include getting hit in the eye with a piece of 4x4 wood plank, i was running from my brother for some reason and i was running while looking back at him and just as i turned my head around BAAM. Right in the fricking eye. Vision isn't as good as it used to be in the right eye

During Fall Ball (baseball) my sophomore year of high school we made it to the NBC championship game (our division) and to celebrate we did a coaches and parents vs players fun game. I was pitching and our head coaches friend was up to bat. Dude was 6'2" probably 250 pure muscle. My catcher called for a change up high and inside but I shook it off. Then he called for a slider out to in. Rule of thumb is you can't shake your catchers call twice in a row so I threw it. Smack. Next thing I know the ball is in front of me and I go to pick it up and I cant feel my hand. I look down and my wrist is in a S shape. The ball came back and completely broke my wrist. That was a very horrible pain once it sunk in.

I dislocated my shoulder 3 times.(1 Major, 2 Minor)
Broke my wrist and my arm.
Tore my Labrum.
The broken bones were from when I was in middle school. The dislocated shoulder was from spring training. Got a MRI and orthopedic said I might not need surgery. Been good so far.
