I have already updated my kernel to 17150 but when I try to connect it ask me to update it. Is this safe to update?

If you're on a Stealth Server, then yes, it's safe.

Thanks man, and I'm using a XBLSEstealth.xex that was on my console prior to the new dash updates do I need to download another one from XBLSE website and is the one already on my console fine. When I boot it says XBLSE enabled. Xblse platinum fully bypassed and stealthed

If everything pops-up on start-up then that means you're good to go
