Hi Guy's.
My iPhone 5c will not reset to factory settings. When i try to reset it, it goes on to the screen with the circle spinning in the middle of the screen. If you can help, please post and i will +Rep for anything that works. The reason i want to reset it is because i have jailbroken apps on which i need to get rid of. I can't recover it to earlier time because the jailbroken apps we're on all of the recovery options.
Thanks in advance.

depending on how much content you have on the phone depends on how long it will take to congfigure im guesing your trying to reset it through the phone itself you should try reseting the device through itunes possibly
(i honestly think your just not leaving it to configure for long enough to format though)

Plug your phone into a computer download IPSW that fits your phone and is on the update you want, when on iTunes hold shift and click restore iPhone, then search for your downloaded IPSW

I would go and plug your phone into a computer and try to reset it to factory settings. That's the only thing I can think of maybe you aren't giving the phone enough time to do its thing.

I have tried plugging in to laptop. A message always comes up saying something about network connection! It says this when trying to restore and also when trying to update to ios 8.
