Yeah most likely, but then why would it put his position in CM?

Could be a number of things:

-The CF identifier number on FIFA 14 is the CM identifier number on FIFA 15 and so FIFA 15 interpreted the data wrongly
-A random data glitch
-The card was bought as a CM
