When I turn it on all the screen goes weird then freezes and I took my hdd out and it works fine, How do I fix this?

Turn on your console and hit the eject button right after.

Go to dashlaunch and remove any recently added plugins and then save it, then restart your console.

Delete and download the a diffrent download , I'd suggest to download it off this website because the free style dash you have now may me a dodgy download

Delete it and download from official site.

I am a noob with all this jtag stuff, but I wanted to ask how do you download stuff onto the xbox once you have jtag? and IF if buy a jtag xbox would I need to do anything else?

To transfer use FTP ,Xbox 360 Neighborhood or a Usb.
