I was over at a buddies house and we were playing Crota's end raid on his profile over xbox live when something strange happened. Crota stopped walking and was down on his knee as usual when you take his shield down. After several seconds Crota started moving around like normal but stayed crouched. He never got back up! It looked like he was sliding around with his knee down but his character animation was frozen. The best thing about it was that Crota couldn't attack and his shield stayed down the whole time.

I think I know why it happened. I need someone with an hd pvr and somebody with the save to test our theory. I'll update this in an hour or so on what we found. If you have a hd pvr or the game save send me a message and I'll invite you. I only want one person in my game that can record. I don't want others taking credit for the find.

I know the old cheese that came out with the host leaving. This had nothing to do with players leaving.
