nope! you can be in any crew at all. if there is none there be sure to keep checking as it regularly refreshes!

Can you delete a character? If so if I deleted my second character and made a new one and got it to level 5 would I be able to play the challenges or still have to wait 24 hours?

seeing a lot of problems here. just keep on checking because rockstar deletes them as quick as they can so if your fast enough you can get a 250k challenge. To keep up to date with all brand new money and RP glitches subscribe!
