can anyone join a game in gta 5 for xbox one? i cant find no games

i get the same problem, you got to reset your xbox but do it this way:
hold the on/off button on the console, you'll hear the nose that its off but keep holding it until you hear the fan switch off(kind of a weird nose), then wait 30 seconds and turn it back on
should work then
