Hi I have a rgh2 witch is a trinity and I don't know if it's safe to download game updates on the xbox or do I have to do it manually with a USB stick??? Please help me

It's safe to download the updates like you would on a retail console. The only updates you can't normally download are the dashboard updates. You can also download them via USB stick if you so choose. Either method should work just fine.

You can download game updates and avatar updates fine. Just make sure you DO NOT download system updates unless you are already on the latest dashboard, then they are avatar updates which are safe.

In Freestyle Dash, it is very easy to manage the title updates in this application. ( Includes downloads )
