I would get the iPhone 6, not the plus. Too big and if you want something that big just get a iPad mini. The mini is bigger however there is no need to carry something as big as the plus in your pocket. Too bulky.

That being said, I would personally go with the iPhone 6 instead of the 6+ as my friend, Sam has the 6+ and that thing is just massive. It is too big for what I like in a mobile phone, and to be totally honest I think of it as an iPad Mini, Mini. But, that is just my personal choice and opinion of course.
