For the past 3 weeks, I have been suffering with INCREDIBLY bad latency, I mean SERIOUSLY bad! I have done everything you could think of in terms of fixing latency.

    Calling Internet Service Provider
Having GHz increased on the network
    Using an Ethernet cable
    Forwarding Ports
    Updating Drivers
    Replacing modem/router with a new modem/router
Waiting for the weather to get better
    Turning Firewall off
    Turning Anti-Viruses off
    CMD - ipconfig /flushdns
    Resetting the internet
    Factory resets
    Defrag
CClean Internet Cache / Temporary Files

All of these things have been done in order to fix this incredibly bad ping issue, with no avail!

What was I doing when it started happening? Playing the popular MOBA game called League of Legends. When did it start happening? In the middle of a game.
The EU West server for League of Legends is based in Germany, I am a United Kingdom resident. Before anyone speculates it could be because of the distance, I would always have a very good ping with the server averaging between 25 to 43.

During the middle of the game when this problem arose, it instantly went up to 380+, I thought it was strange, I lost the game because of it, I didn't want to leave otherwise it would of been a harder game to win for the team, so I stayed. After the game finished, I investigated the router, modem, resetting.. etc.

It appears that this ping problem is only going away after resetting my internet over 12 times! Then, it will only be gone for about 10 minutes, it soon comes back! Otherwise, the only other time I get good ping is VERY late in the night, about 2 AM - 4 AM. This is VERY strange, I've never experienced such a terrible TERRIBLE latency and as weird as this, I have done everything and I mean EVERYTHING I listed MANY times, my laptop is like brand new because of how much I've updated and cleaned it out, even my router and modem look like a model out of baywatch!

Jokes aside, I really need some professional assistance here, what the actual F^%* IS GOING ON?

My Broadband provider can't even do anything for me, I first thought maybe it's because I'm using the box upstairs for the modem, so I took the router and modem downstairs to connect to the Master box that leads to the outside, even that is giving me no peace...

I'd be very grateful if someone fixes this for me, they might even be compensated with money over PayPal if it's fast work!

I'm literally begging, I will get on my knees for you.

Yes, I've probably turned the router off and on over 60 times in the past week alone!
It's ridiculous!

I would try giving the router a wash as they don't like being dirty.

As stupid as it sounds, your internet might just be being slow because of the awful weather?

Not quite an intelligent answer but it happens

I beg your pardon? What's a majestic board? Even my grandfather who pays for the house doesn't know what that is or where it is in the house.

Is this a joke or is this serious?

Dust can affect performance and the only cure is rinsing it off. Of course don't soak the thin, electronics don't like water.
