seriously you dont understand how much funner it is making something to be proud of. watch some manip tutorials and gather 2 or 3 stocks. manipulate them together and practice, its 10 times more funner than text and backround

a friend of mine told me i can download gfx packs for free and they have textures in them so im going to download them later and probably make a new piece of art for ttg

but i am proud of this since this is only my 3rd day with it but i will watch tuts and get myself better at photoshop cs5

maybe i shouldn't have said proud of. i meant to say something that takes effort and something you've gathered from putting work into watching tutorials and such. once you know the basics you can gather a style and self teach from there

From what I can tell I think atleast 6 people on this forum have suffered from head implosion seeing that.
I personally am sticking away from packs as have seen so many bad habits and the same shit recycled on work around here and other forums its mental.

Pretty much the same with anything in life, more pride when you do it yourself.
Im watching loads of tutorials at the moment. Just need to decide on some stocks

whatever you do tho dont follow a tut step by step and post the replicated result from the vid. Thats just stealing work.

The way i learned was YouTube just watch tutorials over and over play with textures the most. download packs, add stocks, PM me and ill link you to some tutorials with NICE text and you can work with that
