I just got my new PC and i am trying to install my OS, but when i turn my PC on there is no siganl, ( I have the OS Disk in the DVD Drive) I am using hdmi. I have tryed spamming F2 to boot into BIOS as i have a gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming-5 Motherboard but still nothing:( please help!

I have a Nividia GeFore GTX 750 Ti Graphics Card, do i need to buy a VGA cable? Im really stuck guys, if you have viewed this thank you for your time and I hope you are having a good christmas

If you've got a dvi cable you could use that to connect your graphics card to your monitor. Make sure you don't plug it into your Motherboard.

No problem bro, if you have a vga cable you can also plug that in it'll work just fine
Also no input could mean your ram isn't seated correctly check your ram, and also the two power cables, the 4 or 8 pin connector and the 24 pin connector. I've had these problems before lmao.

So I should ALWAYS Use the graphics card for signal? Yeh, thanks man! Ill porbz just buy DVI > DVI

Yeah always use the graphics card, otherwise you'll get a no input error. Well more than likely will.
