Iv had some experience with dirt bikes when I was 8-10 with automatic transmission, and im pretty sure ninjas only come in manual, so would that be a good bike to start/learn on?

my car is manual, so I know how to use the clutch.(I will be getting my motorcycle license soon)

Would there be anything else I would need to do/learn?

If you know how to use the friction zone then you're fine.

Most motorbikes nowadays are only manual, so the Ninja 300 will also be manual.

Riding a motorbike on the road is fairly simple if you have had experience as to what its like.

If you feel you wouldn't be confident to ride then I would recommend taking a [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] course just to get the grips again.

Also the Ninja is a fantastic choice to practice on, I'm sure they are one of the top sellers in that category for motorcycles. They're not to powerful and not to weak but sure does get you to A to B
