Can someone make a build on pcpartpicker that costs about $500. The only peripheral I need is a monitor. Thanks in advance.

$500 after rebates. Great little build. You'll have to use the i5's iGPU for now since you require a monitor within your budget. You could swap the i5 for a G3258 and get an R7 260X or something in there but honestly, you're better off getting the i5 and saving up to add a decent dedicated GPU. You'll also want to add another 4GB RAM when you get another $30. Great starter though.
